Not every problem needs AI, and we'll say so. Is my business data safe with AI tools?

It depends entirely on how the tools are set up — which is exactly why setup matters. We configure AI solutions so your data is handled under proper enterprise terms (not free consumer accounts), kept in your own tenancy where possible, and never used to train public models. We'll explain the data flow of any solution in plain English before you commit.

How much does an AI project cost?

First projects typically land between a few hours and a few days of work — quoted in writing before we start, at the rates on our pricing page. We deliberately start small: prove value on one workflow, then expand if the numbers stack up.

Will AI replace my staff?

In a small business, almost never — and that's not what we aim for. The wins come from removing the boring parts of existing jobs: retyping, searching, first-draft writing, triage. Your people stay in charge; they just stop doing the parts a machine does better.
